Material Handler Required at McKesson in Mississippi, USA Full Time

McKesson is currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join their team as a material handler at their Olive Branch facility in Mississippi, USA. The primary responsibilities of this role include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to lift heavy objects, and experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company and contribute to their operations in Olive Branch.

Responsibilities of Material Handler:

• Ensuring that all SOP’s outlined in Engineered Standards to complete entire process of pick, pack, and ship while maintaining required standard in each function are followed.
• Various job duties as assigned by supervisor in other areas as dictated by work volume.
• Replenishment of stock in assigned section(s)
• Assist with Emergency Replenishment and put-a-way.
• Removal of outdated or salvage stock
• Relabeling and housekeeping duties
• Maintenance of workstation including, housekeeping, proper storage of goods and ensuring correct labels for merchandise locations
• Maintain the integrity of the inventory.
• Responsible for counting locations and clearing routes.
• Ensuring that all SOP’s are followed.

Minimum Requirements for Material Handler:

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

Critical Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience on Forklift
• Team Player
• Order filling, stocking experience.
• Demonstrated ability to participate as a member of a multi-functional team.
• Current McKesson associates must meet performance standards for present position.
• Associate must not have more than a verbal warning for attendance.
• Associate must not have received a disciplinary action above a verbal warning within the past six months.
• Must have been in current position for a minimum of six months.

Physical Requirements:
