Christensen Arms is seeking a meticulous and dedicated commercial cleaner to join their team at their USA location. As a commercial cleaner, selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of their commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for their employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities of Commercial Cleaner:
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in offices, production areas, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
Eligibility Requirements for Commercial Clearner:
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills and Abilities of Cleaner:
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
- Able to do prolong periods of standing and walking and frequent pulling, pushing, and bending.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Self-starter- able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.
- Ability to work independently and with a team as needed.
