Responsibilities for Sales Operations Coordinator:

• Process and track orders from customers to factories
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and inquiries
• Resolve any order-related issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of Sales Quotations for customers

Skills & Experiences for Sales Operations Coordinator:

• Diploma from logistics/supply chain or any relevant discipline
• Previous experience in sales administration or customer service
• Good command of written English and spoken Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
