ToktoDev is currently seeking for technicial team lead to join their team in Chuo-ku, Tokyo in Japan. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality SaaS solutions. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $700,000-$1200,000 per year. Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
Responsibilities for Technicial Team Lead:
- Candidate must have ability to lead and direct engineering squads, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable SaaS products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer success, to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Establish and implement engineering best practices, processes, and standards to ensure efficient and effective development cycles.
Responsibilities for Technicial Team Lead:
- Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
- It must have 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, system architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
