Responsibilities for Technical Product Manager:
Candidate must have ability to develop long-range sourcing plans for the CapEx & MRO assigned categories, demonstrating a hands-on approach to achieving strategic goals.
Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize equipment specifications which maximizes processing output.
Develop sub-category strategies that contribute toward the goals.
Mentor internal customers on the application of contracted programs.
Manage medium to complex projects as assigned.
Qualifications for Technical Product Manager:
Candidate must have minimum bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
Ability to project Management experience preferably in a multi-plant or international environment.
A proven background in RFI / RFP procedures for capital equipment sourcing and the MRO field.
An understanding of capital equipment projects and being able to support initiatives with cost analysis.
Exhibit strong negotiation skills, a hands-on attitude, and self-motivation.
