Qualifications
- Proven experience in the transport industry with specific knowledge of branch management.
- A deep understanding of transport regulations, compliance, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and freedom from risk of error in operations.
- Strong communication skills to provide clarity on tasks and duties to the team.
- Proficient in MS Office required, and logistics management software highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
- HR license or willing to obtain if successful.
- Forklift license required.
