Haynes are currently seeking trade qualified Diesel Fitters to join the team of a well-known client in Paget QLD.
Requirements
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Caterpillar machinery and equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance services, including inspections and performance testing.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess faults.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Workshop based position
The successful candidates, must have
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent
- Current Drivers License and reliable vehicle
- High commitment to safety and compliance
- RII tickets; Over Head Crane, Elevate Work Platform, Working at Heights (desirable)
- High-Risk Work Licenses – Forklift and Dogmen (desirable)
- Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical + D&A Screening.
