What do you do on a daily basis?
- You plan maintenance contracts and corrective actions autonomously . In addition, you prepare quotes for repairs and carry them out, in consultation with the customer.
- You perform validation tests , electrical safety tests and load tests and manage files punctually.
- You maintain an overview of the stock of parts in your car and replenish it in a timely manner based on future orders.
- You log the actions you take punctually via Trackwise and SalesForce.
- You will draw up FLOs (Field Lead Optimization) and stimulate sales of maintenance contracts, consumables and load tests thanks to your smooth communication with your customers. You will also keep your colleagues from the internal service and sales informed.
- You are a point of contact for customers for limited support. In addition, you make appointments with customers in the event of service requests.
What do we expect?
- You are technically trained (A2 or equivalent through experience) : electromechanics. A first work experience is necessary.
- You communicate fluently with our customers in Dutch. You speak a little French when necessary and have a basic knowledge of English.
- Nice bonus : VCA certificate and/or BA4/BA5, sanitary knowledge .
- Autonomy and responsibility go hand in hand in this role.
- You are not put off by customer contact and take initiative . You will receive support from a Team Coordinator.
