Paving Operator Required In Fulton Hogan, New Zealand Full Time

The opportunity:
- As a Paving Operator, you’ll play a key role in the operation of paving machinery, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and precise application of asphalt on roads and surfaces. Working within a tight-knit team, you’ll contribute to projects that connect and improve our communities.
- In addition to the above you will:
- Operate paving machinery to lay and finish asphalt to the highest standards.
- Perform equipment checks and ensure machinery is in excellent working order.
- Collaborate with the surfacing crew to achieve project timelines and specifications.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all health and safety protocols.
- Support the team tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be knowledgeable of roading and asphalt surfacing processes.
- Have strong teamwork skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Able and flexible to work outdoors and adapt to changing project demands.
- Deliver high quality work with a commitment to health and safety.
