An opportunity has arisen for a AC Technician to join the engineering department in a Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai. Job Purpose of An AC Technician

The job purpose of an AC technician is to install, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems for optimal performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• High school Diploma

Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role with the hospitality sector.
• 1-year formal training (Certified) in Air Conditioning, electrical.

Your Duties As An AC Technician

• Attend daily briefings.
• Always maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Carry out repairs, maintenance and installation related to but not limited to air-conditioning units and electrical equipment issues.
• Liaise with engineering stores to maintain required stock levels.
• Complete work orders, PPMs, CWAs as directed.
• Organize work in a skilled and professional manner, following all relevant health & safety procedures.
• Advise supervisor colleagues promptly of any problems or failures.
• Ensure that work areas are left in a safe and tidy condition.
• Read and understand basic drawings.
• Use mechanical test equipment and instruments.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
