What You’ll Do as Account Manager:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the captain of our HR service delivery ship for key accounts. Your mission is to steer the team towards exceeding client expectations while ensuring our operations sail smoothly according to our standard operating procedures.

Your Day-to-Day:

•  Navigate the daily management of the account, keeping everything shipshape according to our tried-and-tested procedures.
•  Decode and manage the commercial agreements, ensuring we deliver on time, every time.
•  Chart out and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (SWIs), and set the course for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
•  Build and maintain a strong alliance with clients, anchoring regular meetings to guarantee a seamless contract journey.
•  Guarantee that all Service Level Agreements are not just met but are surpassed within set timelines.
•  Verify that all eligibility criteria align with Transguard’s high standards.
•  Strategically plan with clients to forecast and fulfill staffing needs for any upcoming business surges or lulls.
•  Lead and mentor Account Executives, ensuring their performance and daily operations are top-notch.
•  Develop and maintain a management style that empowers your team to achieve and exceed their goals.
•  Oversee the delivery of comprehensive HR services including recruitment, visa processing, payroll, onboarding, disciplinary actions, and more.
•  Keep a keen eye on the day-to-day operations, stepping in to escalate issues only when necessary.

Who You Are:

•  A seasoned professional with 3-5 years in a similar role within the staffing industry.
•  Well-versed in payroll management and invoicing processes.

•  Adept at analyzing business processes.
•  Skilled in handling customer complaints and managing relationships.
•  An expert at negotiation and resolving conflicts.
•  A confident presenter with a knack for engaging audiences.

•  A project management pro who knows how to manage resources effectively.
•  Committed to service excellence and adept at technical report writing.
