Provides confidential administrative support to a high-ranking individual, managing their schedule, correspondence, and coordinating important tasks and meetings.

Pre Requisites For The Post of An Assistant Private Secretory

• Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
• Urdu and English typing skill with the speed of 50 words per minute.
• English short hand skill with as speed of at least 120 words per minute.
• Computer knowledge with six month certificate in computer.
