What You’ll Do As Aviation Account

Client Relationship Mastery:Forge and nurture strong relationships with clients. Regularly meet to ensure our services align perfectly with their needs.
On-Site Excellence: Visit client sites to monitor our staff’s performance and resolve any service-related concerns, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and evolve your team to maintain smooth operations and meet budgetary guidelines. Manage recruitment, training, payroll, and more, ensuring a motivated and high-performing team.
Performance Management: Oversee client agreements, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Commercial Acumen: Be responsible for the financial health of your department. This includes driving account growth, managing contract compliance, and ensuring profitability.

Who You Are:

•  You bring 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within the Aviation sector.
•  Proficient in MS Office and general PC usage.
•  Strong skills in procurement analytics, performance management, and P&L management.
•  A leader at heart with exceptional time management, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent in English with effective listening and customer service orientation.
