An opportunity has arisen for a Bell Attendant to join the Concierge team in a Jumeirah Pre-opening Hotel in Dubai. Job Purpose of A Bell Attendant

Provide guest service by attending the guest, assist with luggage handling and deliver a positive first impression of hotel.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Secondary School certificate.

Experience

• 2 years guest service experience in a 5 star Hotel.

Your Duties As A Bell Attendant

• Always have a smiling, helpful and friendly attitude towards colleagues and guests alike.
• Open the car door for all guests arriving at or leaving from the main entrance in a polite and courteous manner and greet them with a warm smile.
• Deliver any faxes, messages, parcels, mail, newspapers to guest rooms in a timely manner and always verifying the guest’s name and room number.
• Assist guests with directions within the hotel (i.e. guide them to their room, a restaurant etc.)
• Be aware of and follow all relevant SOPs and Jumeirah Policies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to keep the Lobby clean at all times.
