We are on the hunt for a  Sales Manager who can effectively present, advocate, and negotiate our services to both new and existing customers. Your role involves crafting persuasive sales arguments and offering competitive quotes that prioritize both the client’s needs and our business sustainability. You will be instrumental in setting and pursuing sales objectives to meet our broader goals.

Core Responsibilities

•  Be the reliable point of contact for our clients, understanding their unique requirements to foster     business growth.
• Handle customer issues with empathy, escalating them when necessary and overseeing a seamless delivery process.
• day-to-day, you’ll keep an eye on service delivery, ensuring our standards are always met.
  Work towards building strong relationships, leveraging your network for referrals from various business sectors, including other business units and external partners.
•  Seek out and initiate relationships with potential clients, especially those not currently engaged with our services.
•  Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends to identify and cultivate leads and build a robust client pipeline.
•  Regularly update and maintain the sales pipeline for yourself and your team, and report on sales   outcomes, including an analysis of lower-margin deals.

Qualifications & Skills

•  A Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally with a focus on sales and marketing. An MBA would be a valuable asset.
• Perfection in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
•  A minimum of 8 years in the freight forwarding industry, with a substantial portion within sales.
•  You should have a knack for strategic planning, be detail-oriented, and possess exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
•  Perfection of English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
