Job Purpose of A Butler

The key purpose for this role is to provide personalized services to guests and clients.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• High school diploma.

Experience

•  2 years minimum experience of Butler or similar role in hospitality industry.
• 1 year minimum experience of customer service.

Key Duties of A Butler

• Greet tenant and clients.
• Coordinate with cleaning team to ensure a spotless lounge.
• Care of all VIP suite room guests.
• Coordinate with all departments to fulfil guest needs and requests.
• Preparing coffee & tea for staff & visitors.
• Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption.
• Anticipate guests needs by learning their preferences or likes / dislikes.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge of internet skills including use of emails, group messaging and information gathering.
• Command of spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills such as MS Office.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks as necessary for service delivery.
• Numerical and literacy skills.
• Good customer care skill.
