Client Officer job in Dubai Full Time

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated individual for a Client Officer job to take the helm of enhancing and overseeing our patients’ and clients’ experiences. This role involves a hands-on approach to managing client relations and ensuring a seamless, high-quality journey for every individual who walks through our doors.

Key Duties of Client Officer:

•  Engage with patients to address their inquiries about our health packages and actively promote services that meet their needs.
•  Take charge of the patient experience, paying special attention to our VIP and international guests to ensure their visit is nothing short of exceptional.
•  Handle administrative tasks associated with feedback and complaints with tact and efficiency.
•  Make regular visits to inpatients to gauge satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to improve our service.

Educational Requirements:

•  A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution is a must.

Experience Requirements:

• We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Skills and Knowledge:

•  A good grasp of financial management principles.
•  Familiarity with medical terminology.
•  Strong command of English both in writing and speaking, Knowledge of Arabic is a plus point
•  A thorough understanding of patient administration and service delivery processes.
