Responsibilities for Client Success Associate:
- Candidate must have ability to handle engine shop visit administration.
- Ability to printing of scrap labels and updating of scrap labels monitoring chart.
- Verify induction date daily in the morning before pre-document meeting.
- Management of engine stand and MVP bag allocations.
Qualifications for Client Success Associate:
- Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have diploma in business administration, customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
