Who You’ll Work With:

You’ll be reporting to the Manager of Medical Compliance, becoming a pivotal part of a team that’s passionate about ironing out the wrinkles in clinical practices. We’re all about creating a seamless, standardized approach to healthcare across the Mubadala Health family.

What You’ll Do as Clinical Auditor:

Imagine yourself as the guardian of medical integrity, leading the charge in clinical audits to ensure our medical records are spot-on and our care is top-notch. You’ll be the maestro of audits, orchestrating a symphony of data analysis, report sharing, and educational initiatives across various clinical departments. Think of it as being the detective and the teacher, all rolled into one.

Your Day-to-Day:

•  You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our care delivery is as valuable as it is cost-effective.
•  You’ll have a hand in crafting the blueprint for clinical audits, working with a diverse team of medical pros.
•  You’ll be the keeper of the clinical audit database, making sure it’s as organized as a library.
•  Your auditing skills will be put to the test across various service lines anensuring
•  You’ll dive into medical records and both current and past to make sure everything’s in tip-top shape and communicate your findings with the clinical teams.
•  You’ll have the important task of keeping our clinical audit records as fresh and current as today’s news.

The Bigger Picture:

•  You’ll be a key player in developing clinical practice guidelines, sifting through the latest research and guidelines to keep us ahead of the curve.
•  You’ll be the bridge between evidence-based practice and our electronic health records, making sure our care is as smart as it is compassionate.
•  You’ll lead project teams with the finesse of a seasoned conductor, ensuring our projects hit all the right notes on time
•  You’ll be the diplomat, the problem-solver and the one who finds the middle ground when the path isn’t clear-cut.

Who We’re Looking For:

This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals who bring a blend of medical expertise and a knack for meticulous oversight.

Must-Haves:

•  A Medical Doctor (MBBS) degree or a Bachelor’s in Nursing Science or a related clinical field.
•  A minimum of three years flexing your clinical muscles in an acute care setting.
•  A solid 3-5 years of experience in guideline development and clinical audits.

Nice-to-Haves:

•  A Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field would be the cherry on top.
  Certification from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) would make our day.
