Key Responsibilities of Commercial Cleaner:

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in offices, production areas, and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal area.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.

Eligibility Requirements for Commercial Clearner:

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Abilities of Cleaner:

• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Ability to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
• Able to do prolong periods of standing and walking and frequent pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Self-starter- able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.
• Ability to work independently and with a team as needed.
