We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Coordinator for Cash Management team stationed in our bustling Dubai office.

The Role:

This role is all about meticulous management and handling of our day-to-day financial collections and ensuring that each payment — whether it’s cash, cheque, or bank transfer — is processed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Process daily financial transactions, including the collection of payments and receipts from all customers.
Maintain rigorous accuracy in all transactions and promptly address any discrepancies or concerns with relevant departments or customers.
Assure precise and correct allocation of cash, cheques, and bank transfer receipts to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices.
Conduct thorough cash reconciliations to guarantee transactional accuracy and completeness. Securely finalize and transfer cash registers to the designated collection agency or party.
Reconcile total receipts against bank statements the following day, ensuring everything tallies up.
Deliver accurate and timely information to both external and internal auditors as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Finance or Accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of billing, collections, receipt applications, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), business processes, banking interactions, and an understanding of statutory laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Financial Oracle or similar ERP Systems, along with Microsoft Office and Teams.
  Willingness to undertake professional development and training in relevant fields.
