The Project
CPB Contractors, in Alliance partnership with Sedgman, SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project, involving construction of a new primary crusher, a 12-kilometre overland conveyor, radial stacker, and associated stockpiling systems, with a capacity of 30Mtpa.. The Project is located on Niraparib Country, approximately 21 Kilometers southwest of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Works are commencing now, and will go through until mid 2026.
Your opportunity
Join CPB Contractors as a full-time employee and contribute to the success of one of Australia’s largest contractors. Engage with industry leaders from project start-up, working on a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) basis with a balanced 20 days on and 8 days off schedule.
We have opportunities for experienced Crane Operators to join our team.
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Australian Driver’s License
- High Risk Work License – CN or above
- Construction site experience, in a similar FIFO role, 2-3 years minimum
- Strong safety awareness
