What You’ll Do as Customer Care:

•  Offer a warm greeting to patients and their families, understanding their needs and guiding them accordingly.
•  Share helpful information and direct patients to the right contacts within or outside our organization.
• Uphold the rights of patients and their families, ensuring their confidentiality and access to information and education.
•  Manage and improve our feedback and complaints process, ensuring patient concerns are addressed effectively.
•  Keep our Floor Supervisor updated with daily communications.
•  Enhance the patient visit experience by providing exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
•  Inform patients about medical insurance details and verify their coverage meticulously before their consultation.
•  Address any patient or visitor concerns and take the right steps to resolve them.
•  Maintain precise records of interactions with customers.
•  Handle various duties including patient reception, telephone inquiries, cash handling, and back-office tasks as scheduled.
•  Take on additional responsibilities as needed and directed by leadership.
•  Adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and infection control policies, actively participating in maintaining a safe workplace.
•  Understand emergency procedures and be prepared for evacuations.
•  Report any OSH hazards, incidents, or near misses, and assist with risk assessments and incident reports.
•  Follow waste management protocols and attend relevant OSH and infection control training and drills.
•  Use personal protective equipment correctly and adhere to safety systems.

Looking For:

•  A graduate in any field, with a preference for candidates with at least a year of reception experience in a healthcare setting.
•  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
•  Good communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group of people.
•  Excellent phone manners and a patient-centric, service-oriented attitude.
•  Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure while staying calm.
•  Self-motivated and able to work independently with little oversight.
•  Dependable, punctual, and committed to responding to the needs of the job.
•  Fluent in English is necessary for our job, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory.
