Team Global Express is actively seeking for customer support officer to join our dedicated team in Burnie TAS, Australia. The ideal candidaate must have ability to manage the filing and imaging of proof of delivery and finance documents. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $50,000-$60,000 per year.
Responsibilities for Customer Support Officer:
- Candidate must have ability to maintain mainland linehaul subcontractor rates.
- Ability to provide general administrative support and coverage during leave.
- Perform northbound consignment data entry.
- Manage the filing and imaging of proof of delivery & Finance documents.
Qualifications for Customer Support Officer:
- Candidate must have high school certificate.
- Must have certificate III or IV in customer engagement.
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software including salesforce, Zendesk.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Ms Word, Excel and Outlook.
