Core Responsibility of Dental Surgeon

•  Offer thorough, ethical, and high-quality clinical services to patients, doing so with professionalism and efficiency.
•  Vigilantly monitor and manage any clinical risks that arise during patient care.
•  Adhere to standards of clinical governance and quality assurance.
•  Keep meticulous medical records.
•  Commit to ongoing professional development for both yourself and your colleagues, ensuring that medical practice excellence is a constant pursuit.
•  Uphold the integrity of professional services by providing clinical care that is ethical and responsible.

Educational Requirements:

Mandatory:

•  A basic medical degree along with a completed specialty training program (such as a fellowship or diploma) that is recognized by the healthcare authorities in the UAE.
•  Certification and active registration in a specialty acknowledged by the UAE healthcare authority.
•  Current and valid certification in life support courses like BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP.

Preferred:

• Additional qualifications specific to the specialty.

Experience Requirements:

•  A minimum of 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience at the Specialist level.
•  Preferably, at least 1 year of experience at the Specialist level from a Tier 1 country, as defined by the UAE healthcare regulator.
