Sindh HEC was established in 2013 with the mandate to promote higher education, research and development in the Sindh Province. Mission of SHEC is to facilitate Institutions of Higher learning to serve as an engine of socio-economic development and to improve the quality of higher education in Sindh.

Oversees and manages the educational programs and curricula within an institution, ensuring academic excellence and supporting faculty and student development.

Pre Requisites For The Post of A Director Academics

• Master’s in any discipline at least in second division from University / Institution recognized by HEC Pakistan.
• Must possess 12 years experience in middle / senior level management under Government of Sindh, having experience in academics / administration.
• Must have sound knowledge of higher education / academics.
• Must be computer literate.
• Maximum age limit is 55 years.
