Dawood College of Engineering and Technology (DCET), Karachi holds a significant status of being the first Professional College imparting Engineering Education, established in 1962. In 2013 the Government of Sindh through an Act of the Provincial Assembly elevated the College to the status of a University. The University aims to invest in human capital for accelerated in engineering knowledge and practices.

Pre Requisites For The Post of A Director Student Affairs
- Masters degree awarded after 18 years of education from HEC recognized University.
- 14 years relevant experience in HEC recognized University.
- Preference will be given to retired personnel from Armed forces.
- Maximum age limit is 45 years.
