DISHWASHER JOB AT REDHAWK GASTROPUB IN USA Full Time

Redhawk Gastropub is looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher to join their kitchen team in Twin Falls, ID 83301, USA. The Dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. If you are enthusiastic about this role, they welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities of Dishwasher:

• Wash dishware, silverware, pots, pans, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, dish racks, etc.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the dishroom.
• Restock dishware, silverware, pots, pans, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, dish racks, etc. dishware, silverware, and glassware.
• Keep the dishwasher stocked with appropriate chemicals.
• Take out trash.
• Put away shipments of supplies if needed.
• Take out empty boxes.
• Help cooks, bussers and wait personnel as needed.
• Perform extra cleaning duties as directed by supervisor.
• Assist busser with bussing tables.
•  Sweep and mop floors.
• Remove trash from dish room and place in dumpster.
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans and keep liners in cans at all times.
• Returns dirty dishes, silverware, glassware, and utensils to the dish cart or dishwashing area.
• During rush periods, assist bussers with cleaning and resetting tables.

Requirements for Dishwasher:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length and to lift, bend, and stoop.
• Position requires extensive walking and standing.
• Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and has the ability to lift bus pans, trays, and garbage cans frequently weighing up to 40 pounds?
