We’re on the lookout for a Facilities Management Engineer job specializing in Hard Services to enhance our dynamic team.

Role Overview of Engineer Job:

• You’ll be the technical backbone for our on-site teams, offering hands-on support to technicians and supervisors.
• As an integral part of our field operations, you’ll manage a variety of office functions, maintain meticulous records of staff training, preventive maintenance databases, and breakdown histories, and generate reports for all specialist services.
• This role is not your typical 9-to-5. It demands flexibility to work irregular hours, adaptability to handle airport projects, and sometimes, the readiness to work in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project implementation and assist the Operations Manager.
•  Facilitate coordination between the Facilities team and external contacts.
•  Oversee facilities tasks, provide direction, and bolster support systems.
•  Schedule and manage infrastructure and equipment maintenance.
•  Offer technical guidance on-site and deliver training to teams and contractors.
•  Independently update and maintain administrative policies and processes.
•  Organize and manage departmental records and communications.
•  Draft Statements of Work, Bills of Quantities, and Requests for Quotations for operational needs.
•  Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure contractual compliance.
•  Conduct Risk Assessment Analyses for any operational disruptions.
•  Assess operational systems and infrastructure to boost efficiency.
•  Conduct random inspections to ensure quality work by the on-site team.
•  Drive innovation and continuous improvement throughout our facilities.
•  Execute condition audits and witness testing and commissioning of assets and infrastructure.
•  Understand and manage Airport MEP assets and specialized systems.
•  Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement Energy Management strategies.
•  Ensure adherence to regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
•  Maintain accurate asset registers in line with TG maintenance strategies and policies.
•  Investigate anomalies in energy consumption data.
•  Work with the Health and Safety department to ensure compliance with regulations.

Skills Needed:

Technical Skills:

•  Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy.
•  HVAC system expertise.
•  Familiarity with CAFM systems, AutoCAD, and SAP.

Hard Skills:

•  Strong reporting capabilities.
•  Skilled in risk analysis and mitigation planning.
•  Adept at managing service level agreements and contractor relations.

Soft Skills:

•  Proficient in incident and accident reporting.
•  Customer service-focused with a flair for conflict resolution.
•  Critical thinker with effective communication and listening skills.
•  Professional telephone manner and adept time management.
