The Role:

Your mission as a  Enterprise Risk Coordinator, will be to elevate and refine our risk mitigation strategies across various levels – corporate, departmental, and project-based. We’re looking for someone who can scrutinize the cost of addressing major risks, judging how well our response strategies hold up, and ensuring our risk control measures are up to the challenge in a constantly shifting risk landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain up-to-date, comprehensive risk registers, guiding the definition and assessment of risks.
•  Oversee risk assessments, ensuring that essential processes are scrutinized and significant deficiencies are flagged and managed effectively.
•  Innovate and manage our data systems for risk status updates within our GRC software.
•  Stay ahead of risk management trends and best practices, advising on policy updates and strategic revisions.
•  Lead training initiatives that boost risk awareness and shape our organizational culture and attitudes towards risk and control.
•  Facilitate risk information flow within the company and to external stakeholders, promoting proactive risk management.
•  Identify and eliminate redundant risk mitigation efforts to streamline costs and enhance efficiency.
•  You’ll be expected to generate insightful reports, including Feasibility Studies, Risk Reports, and GRC software analytics.
•  Collaborate in cost of risk analysis projects alongside key personnel.

Who You Are:

•  A savant in the aviation industry with an outstanding awareness of its different sectors. Proficient in financial concepts, applications, and risk management with a solid grasp of planning, monitoring, and auditing methods.
  – Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations is crucial, from airfield and airspace management to terminal operations.
  – Relevant certifications for professional development or mandatory purposes are a must.
