NEOM is recruiting desirous and motivated candidates for job position of an Environmental Specialist. Envisioned by Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Chairman of the NEOM Company Board of Directors, the first three letters of NEOM come from the ancient Greek prefix neo – meaning ‘new’. Job Purpose of An Environmental Specialist
To oversee the development and implementation of the environmental policies, procedures, standards, strategy, KPIs, to manage the market research to capture emerging global environmental trends in order to ensure and identify where the sector can improve its impact.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, or any other related field
ExperienceÂ
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Environment with at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
- Experience in KSA and/ or GCC preferred.
Your Duties As An Environmental Specialist
- Manage the development and implementation of the divisional strategy ensuring alignment to the sector’s vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
- Manage the consolidation and recommend the divisional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to identify any variances or performance improvement areas.
- Manage the development of the environmental objectives and initiatives in coordination with relevant departments to align with the sector’s strategy.
