Responsibilities of Farm Worker:
- Seeding, planting, and transplanting a variety of crops
- Cultivating, weeding, and caring for crops throughout the growing season
- Watering and irrigating fields
- Harvesting fruits and vegetables using both hand tools and harvesting equipment
- Maintaining farm equipment and tools
- Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
