Job Purpose of A Foreman
A foreman supervises and coordinates the work of a team or crew on a construction site or industrial project.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Diploma in civil engineering.
Experience
- 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Your Duties As A Foreman
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and instructions to workers, ensuring quality standards are met.
- To conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards, maintain safety standards and implement corrective actions.
