Here’s what your day would typically look like as Front Office Executive:

•  You’ll be the first friendly face people see, so your warm greetings will set the tone for our patients’ experience.
•  You’ll take charge of patient registration, making sure it’s done just right, following our clinic’s guidelines.
•  You’ll embody the clinic’s welcoming spirit, expertly handling phone calls, answering queries, and making sure that every person has the information they need at their fingertips.
•  Part of your everyday will be to curate a reception space that’s not only clean and orderly but also fully equipped with everything our patients and staff might need.
•  As the guiding force for our front office crew, you’ll provide the kind of leadership that nurtures, mentors, and educates, ensuring that the whole team is performing at their very best.
•  You’ll be there to listen and act on patient feedback, helping to smooth out any wrinkles in their experience.
•  Information is key, and you’ll provide it, helping patients understand our services, policies, and their own rights.
•  Your insights will be invaluable as you conduct patient satisfaction surveys to help us keep improving.
•  You’ll keep an eye on the pulse of our clinic, ensuring that both patients and visitors are content.
•  When it comes to paperwork, you’re the go-to person, assisting with everything from insurance forms to service explanations.
•  You’ll reach out to the community, making calls to keep our Emirati customers informed about what we have to offer.
•  Your observational skills will be key as you monitor the ins and outs of our medical camps.
•  In collaboration with the center manager, you’ll scout for opportunities to grow our business in the community.
•  Organizing medical camps with local authorities and groups will be part of your exciting role.

Qualification

• A Bachelor’s Degree or a related qualification, and a genuine enthusiasm for fostering a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
