Pre Requisites For The Post of A General Manager

Qualification

• Minimum BE (Mechanical) from HEC recognized institute with PEC registration or COC Class I (Engineer).

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of overall engineering management experience in production and maintenance setup of marine systems including mechanical/ propulsion/ electrical/ control equipment and hull/ structure of ships.
• Minimum 4 years of afloat working experience on shipboard marine systems.
• Working experience in planning, estimation and execution of ships dry docking and essential repairs.
• Knowledge of working in Class/ISO certified organizations.
• Working knowledge of PPRA Rules 2004 for procurement of spares/stores and services.
• Departmental budget planning and management,
