Hospitality Coordinator, NEOM Full Time

NEOM is recruiting desirous and motivated candidates for job position of a Hospitality Coordinator. Job Purpose of A Hospitality Coordinator

The Hospitality Coordinator, in collaboration with the Head of Hospitality, is responsible for ensuring seamless operations of Sindalah hospitality assets.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.

Experience 

• 10+ years of experience in Hospitality.
• Pre-opening experience.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Dynamic leadership style possesses excellent communication and decision-making skills and an astute business acumen.
• Advanced finance acumen and strong systems knowledge.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapts quickly to changing requirements.

Your Duties As A Hospitality Coordinator

• Coordinate with other department heads and operators in successful running of the resorts.
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per timelines to receive & serve the guests.
• Overseeing the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inspecting all department with their respective Manager’s for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
• Provide input to the Head of Hospitality on staff training and development needs.
• Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with marketing for guest conversion rates and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Monitor and maintain operational & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
