Job Purpose of A Hospitality Coordinator
The Hospitality Coordinator, in collaboration with the Head of Hospitality, is responsible for ensuring seamless operations of Sindalah hospitality assets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
10+ years of experience in Hospitality.
Knowledge & Skills Required
Dynamic leadership style possesses excellent communication and decision-making skills and an astute business acumen.
Advanced finance acumen and strong systems knowledge.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and adapts quickly to changing requirements.
Your Duties As A Hospitality Coordinator
Coordinate with other department heads and operators in successful running of the resorts.
Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per timelines to receive & serve the guests.
Overseeing the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Inspecting all department with their respective Manager’s for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
Provide input to the Head of Hospitality on staff training and development needs.
Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with marketing for guest conversion rates and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Monitor and maintain operational & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
