Sindh Food Authority regulates and monitors the food business in order to ensure compliance by former’s, manufacturers, distributors, importers and other stake holders in orders to provide safe food. One of the main functions of SFA is to lay down standards, procedures, processes and guidelines in relation to any aspect of Food including food business, food labeling and food addictive.

A junior lab technician assists in conducting laboratory tests and experiments under the supervision of senior technicians or scientists.

Pre Requisites For The Post of A Junior Lab Technician
- B.Sc in Biochemistry / Microbiology / Food Nutrition / Food Technology from any HEC recognized University / Institution.
- Maximum age limit is 21-28 years.
