As a kitchen utility worker, selected candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their kitchen, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for their culinary team.
Key Responsibilities of Kitchen Utility Worker:
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
Assist with unloading and storing deliveries.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, as well as perform other cleaning tasks as assigned.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements for Kitchen Worker:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Utility Worker or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
