The purpose of the role is to lead, coach and manage the human, financial and physical resources of the laboratory in consultation with the regional manager, pathologist in charge and executive managers so that excellence in service delivery is achieved for all users of the service.
Applicants will possess an AIMS accredited degree in Medical Laboratory Science along with a minimum of three years experience in multi-disciplinary science. Competency in Smart Lab, QAP and Auditing will be highly regarded, however, training will be provided if required.
