Newly Developed Client creates Career Opportunity in IT Sector and seeking to appoint experienced and seasoned individual for its FINTECH project.

Career Opportunity in IT Sector:

• Team Leader Product Development – FINTECH
  Develop and execute sales strategy, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market share for the fintech products.
  Identify and define needs, articulate value proposition, create differentiation from competition and position fintech products for a defined market entry or penetration.
  Gather market intelligence and keep abreast of all competitors’ offerings.
  Identifying market opportunities, research prospective clients, pursue leads and onboard clients.
  Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  Accountable for optimizing resources to achieve volume, revenue targets and P&L. Deliver financial
  objectives including revenue, payment, volume and market penetration objectives.
  Responsible for onboarding of various Alliance partners to enhance the usability of various fintech
  products.
  Responsible for addition of redemption and discount partners to enhance the clientele retention.
  Ensure excellent after sales services and clients loyalty and retention.
  Keep company’s management updated with report on sales activity, pipeline development and revenue forecast.
  Responsible for discovering, capturing and reporting back patterns and learnings from the field about challenges and opportunities related to fintech and work closely with product development for communication of customers’ needs and requirements.
  Liaise with the product development team to understand business requirements for new products and product enrichments. Generate ideas for new products or creating USPs (unique selling proposition) for existing products.
