Requirements for Maintenance Attendant:

• Candidate must have high school diploma.
• It must hold valid class 5 driver’s licence.
• Ability to maintenance and clean inside building.
• Use different products in maintain and clean building.

Responsibilities for Maintenance Attendant:

• Candidate must have ability to perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleanind, paintaing and minor repairs to building, equipment and facilities.
• Ability to conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
• Maintain the grounds and landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and removing debris.
