Manager, AECOM Full Time

AECOM is recruiting desirous and motivated candidates for job position of a Manager. Job Purpose of A Manager

To oversee and coordinate resources, people, and operations to achieve organizational goals efficiently and effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor Degree, B.S. in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in a relevant industry. At least 2 years in Water & Wastewater management experience.
• Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English in written and oral.

Your Duties As A Manager

• Lead the water team to ensure for all incoming inquiries are handled efficiently and professional to meet customer expectation.
• Provide engineering and technical support to external and internal clients.
• Good management activities to satisfy client requirement and achieve company business objective.
• Set up performance review system for the individuals in the team and report on a monthly basis the client response efficiency and develop and implement process to improve it.
• Excellent on developing and implementing the working process and procedures for client service and ensure all necessary personnel are trained in use.
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
