Your Role as Manufacturing Specialist:

As a Manufacturing Specialist, you’ll be the force ensuring smooth material flow both from suppliers and within various departments, aligning with production schedules and enhancing operational efficiency. Your mission is to manage the nuts and bolts of material planning and execution, supporting dynamic project teams and directly contributing to our success in production and delivery.

What You’ll Do:

•  Mastermind material planning and systems, staying aligned with our production targets and KPIs.
•  Take the reins in managing material requirements for Demand Solutions (DS) projects
•  Ensure materials move smoothly and swiftly to fulfill customer delivery promises.
•  Delve into data to identify how we can trim inventory, enhance customer service, and slash costs.
•  Maintain impeccable records throughout product manufacturing and transfers
•  Lead the Material fulfillment function within the India DS area, managing all material movements, endorsing our 4PL inventory model.

Your Toolkit:

• 4+ years in Material Planning, Project Management, or Supply Chain.
•  Bonus points for SAP proficiency.
•  Stellar communication, decision-making skills, and a knack for organization.
•  A motivated, energetic spirit ready to take on challenges.
