Position Summary

As the Marketing and Communications Manager reporting directly to the Head of Service Lines Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering and executing our strategic marketing and communications plans. You’ll be at the helm of our marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand’s voice is consistent and resonant across all platforms.

Key Duties of Marketing Manager

•  Spearhead the rollout of our strategic marketing and communications blueprint, collaborating closely with our dedicated team and key stakeholders to ensure it’s in sync
•  Take charge of a broad spectrum of marketing and communications endeavors, and from corporate messaging to digital presence
•  Guide the creation of compelling content for all our channels, ensuring our message is clear, and bilingual in English and Arabic.
•  Foster strong relationships within the industry and leverage these connections to position MH as a thought leader and drive impactful advertising initiatives.
•  Encourage synergy across various MH divisions, ensuring a cohesive market approach.
•  Guarantee marketing activities are audit-ready for the Department of Health (DoH)/DHA evaluations.
•  Work in tandem with Business Development to spark community initiatives that bolster MH’s standing and connect with our audience.
•  Proactively identify and address any potential threats to MH’s reputation, working in concert with internal and external partners to uphold our image.
•  Lead market research efforts to pinpoint trends and openings, optimizing our communication channels to engage our diverse audience effectively.
•  Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather insights, reporting back to the leadership to refine our marketing and communication strategies continually.
•  Craft detailed marketing reports periodically to showcase our progress, goals, and significant milestones.

Professional Expertise

•  A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, Management Information Systems, or Digital Media.
•  At least 7 years of career growth in the field, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity
