Departmental Dynamo:

• As the nexus for our MarComs Department, you’ll be the go-to for all things communication—whether that’s internal chatter, orchestrating meetings, spearheading events, or nurturing team growth and performance.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

• You’re the master planner, aligning our marketing sails for the annual, quarterly, and monthly journeys ahead. You’ll also craft reports that resonate all the way up to the Executive and Board levels.

Cultural Champion:

• Help the communications squad in igniting staff engagement through events, activities, and thoughtful staff giveaways.

Financial Finesse:

• You’ll be the maestro of procurement processes, manage timelines with precision, and work closely with the finance gurus to oversee the MarComs budget.

Talent Advocate:

• Partner with Human Capital to attract top talent, foster professional growth, and ensure everyone’s performance is top-notch.

Policy Pathfinder:

• Guide the MarComs leadership through the labyrinth of Marketing and Communications policies, ensuring we’re not just compliant, but that we’re setting the standard.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Bring a robust 15+ years of experience, preferably within the region, working with large corporate entities and senior-level government stakeholders. A university degree is a plus, but we’re equally interested in your professional journey.
