Maternity Coordinator in Dubai Full Time

Key Duties of Maternity Coordinator:

•  Offer top-notch care to mothers before, during, and after childbirth, as well as to newborns, working hand-in-hand with a diverse healthcare team to meet established clinical benchmarks and comply with relevant laws.
•  Champion patient safety by proactively identifying potential hazards and managing them effectively, in line with our clinical risk management strategies and legal guidelines.
•  Craft an environment that supports positive experiences for patients and their families, steered by the principles of compassionate nursing leadership.
•  Maintain detailed and accurate records of all nursing activities, ensuring they meet both our company’s high standards and legal stipulations.
•  Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to both new learners and fellow nursing staff.
•  Manage medical supplies and equipment with care, making sure to use them judiciously as per the Mediclinic protocols.

Educational Requirements:

•  A relevant Bachelor’s degree is a must.

Experience Prerequisites:

•  A minimum of two years of professional experience in your home country.
•  You should be licensed or on the path to licensure as a Midwife and Lactation Consultant.

Skills and Knowledge:

•  You have strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
•  Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, is essential.
• We expect a thorough understanding of patient safety and quality standards.
