Repair and maintain heavy vehicles to ensure their safe and efficient operation.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• High school diploma.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in same role.

Your Duties

• Inspect, service, rebuild, over haul and repair a variety of heavy wheeled vehicles.
• Carry out maintenance inspections, servicing, rebuilds, over hauls & repairs in line with technical manuals, KPIs & OEM.
• Perform quality maintenance repairs as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System program.
• Perform heavy wheeled vehicle maintenance inspections to determine the extent of repair and spare parts needs.
• Perform heavy wheeled vehicle trouble shooting using special tools and diagnostic test equipment.
• Replace heavy wheeled vehicle major assemblies such as engines, transmissions, transfer cases and differentials.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
• Support other members of the Workshop in maintenance role.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Manager work shop.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Previous military experience or auto motive training.
• Previous experience using diagnostic testing equipment.
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Vehicle maintenance knowledge.
