Roles and Responsibilities For Nurse and General Practitioner :

Nurse

• Provide direct care to patients, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.

•  Educate patients and their families on treatment and care plans.

 General Practitioner (GP):

•  Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and prescribe treatments.
•  Manage and diagnose a wide range of health conditions.
•  Collaborate with specialists to coordinate patient care.

Qualifications:For Nurse:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
•  Valid RN license and BLS/ACLS certification.
•  At least 2 years of nursing experience.

For General Practitioner (GP):

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree required.
•  Valid medical license to practice in Pakistan.
•  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a general practice setting.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
