The heart of this role is to provide patient-focused nursing care that is grounded in solid evidence and adheres to the highest ethical and professional standards set by regulatory bodies and our organization. We were looking for Nurse of Maternity Ward in Mediclinic Dubai.

•  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-notch patient care, adhering to established clinical guidelines and relevant laws.
•  Prioritize patient safety by recognizing, preventing, and handling potential risks, following our clinical risk management policies and legal requirements.
•  Foster a positive experience for patients by maintaining a supportive environment, as directed by nursing leadership.
•  Enhance the skills of our team by creating a nurturing educational space, offering hands-on supervision, mentorship, and coaching to both new learners and nursing staff.

Education Requirements:

•  A must-have is a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
•  Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

Experience Requirements:

•  A minimum of two years of nursing experience in your home country is essential.
•  Having worked in the UAE would be an added advantage.

Skills and Knowledge Needed:

• A basic understanding of the Arabic language.
•  A thorough grasp of patient safety protocols.
•  Proficiency in using computers, especially MS Office suite.
•  Strong abilities in both spoken and written English communication.
