The Role of Nurse:

• Collaborating with specialists to support various outpatient procedures.
• Conducting initial patient assessments to kick-start their healthcare journey.
• Upholding impeccable aseptic practices, especially during dermatological treatments.
• Keeping our department spotless, aligning with our strict infection control protocols.
• Administering medications with precision and documenting the process meticulously.
• Safeguarding patient records, honoring their privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Identifying the educational needs of patients and their families, providing them with tailored health education.
• Reporting patient care concerns promptly, ensuring swift resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Mastery of life-saving techniques, such as CPR.
• Efficient use of equipment and supplies, helping to manage ward inventory.
• Regular checks of emergency apparatus, ensuring readiness at all times.
• Managing medication and hazardous material inventories with utmost care.
• Participating in safety drills and staying informed on all hospital safety protocols.
  Leadership
• In the Charge Nurse’s absence, you’ll confidently take the helm, ensuring seamless unit operation.

Safety and Training:

You’ll be a champion of occupational safety and infection control, always geared up with the right protective equipment and up-to-date on the latest safety training.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing.
• A current nursing license from your home country, with a HAAD license to practice in Abu Dhabi.
• At least two years of nursing experience post-qualification.
